Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Used to work at fiserv. Back in the early 2000 it was great. They appreciated the employees. Decent pay, raises, bonuses, gifts for birthday and Christmas etc. Things started to go down hill when Yubucki came in as CEO. All the perks slowly disappeared, no bonuses, lucky if you got 2% yearly raise. New employees hiring pay was lowered to ridiculous amount.With the new CEO Frank I'm told it is completely on a negative path. Pay is lower then the competitive market FIS, jack henry, no more working from home, laid off all older employees. Not enough programjers to get things done and they have lots of open positions they cannot fill due to extremely low starting pay, lousey raises and lack of any employee appreciation. Current CEO ran first data down to the ground and he is doing the same with Fiserv. Shame last 2 CEOs get all the $$$, and move on leaving workers worse then before the came.

Been around the block a few times in my career. First Consulting group (purchased by CSC which became DXC technology). EDS at Xerox, IBM through a business partner. All were disaster jobs. Two others were fantastic, and that incl. Fiserv - while not perfect, no firm ever is .... it was very good. There were issues such as substandard pay, but compared to FB management? Fiserv is gone.
