Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

They don't know what they are doing

All this drama about the RTO, the postponement of the RTO, just suggests that they don’t know what they’re doing. And that is unfortunately not only the case when it comes to returning to work but also other things as well. I wish it wasn't so, but it seems to me that the BofA hasn't had a clear path for a long time?

Extremely weak management here at BOFA; so disappointing. Unlikely to ever change. They put our heads on chopping block to disclose in the vaxxine portal back on Nov 1st, then tell us to remain WFH until further notice. Unless you get jabbed for a 3rd time then you have the honor to return to office. What a freakin joke this place is. Zero clue of what they are doing. Zero.

Brian is still using the "we're a work from the office" company. Best guess we'll see some sort of hybrid but it may take time before they introduce it. OP is right though. BAC leadership doesn't know what it's doing.

Agreed. Hope they realize it soon before more talent walks.
