We need to ask this question at every town hall or all hands meetings.
Time to force the question and give leadership our thoughts at all levels how things are being run.
My guess is they will not be positive.

Wake up...those comments are only reviewed by immediate and next-level managers...My Group just did this and we all came to the conclusion that there's nothing we can do for problems that are WFC-level problems.
The only way to effect any meaningful change is vote with your feet and leave en masse, or be lucky enough to successfully sue the Company for a large sum or be a whistleblower to the Regulators.
Even though the survey isn’t anonymous (they said as much, buried in the FAQ literature), I was brutally honest in my survey.
Historically, they never actually try to fix anything. The survey is a virtue signal by the company to say “they care”. That’s it.
The last company survey was mid-Aug. I would expect the next one to be around same timeframe.
They’re not doing the company wide one anymore, they know morale is low. They just do their “pulse” surveys that get sent out randomly and have a low response rate.
I always wondered if they really are anonymous
Half of the people answering the survey tell them what they want to hear because they are afraid of getting a layoff.
The other half of the people are so discouraged that they don't bother with the survey at all, because they know it doesn't make any difference.
I doubt if the survey results are anywhere near accurate.
They have repeatedly asked to take survey and didn't even care to discuss the results with team members. Even if new management committed to bring changes, they will not with cr-p in existing management. It seems no point in expecting another survey...
You mean when SVB discussed the results and said that the number one thing we noticed was that we're doing a great job on DEI?
Right. I'm sure that everyone was so eager to send SVB a message that they're so happy we're making such a push in this area. No one talked about RTO, bonuses, etc.
Please. GTFO w/ that s**t
Who cares? Surveys have never caused any change.
Never saw results. Completely buried.
Which Dept is the most important to the existence of Wells Fargo?
- DEI
- All of the above
Surveys are useless when they hold the direct managers accountable for employee frustrations when most of the time they are a reflection of senior leadership and not the direct manager (though I’m sure sometimes the direct manager is no good also).y direct manager is great but when people answer truthfully she gets the ding for it rather than senior leaders. Doesn’t work!
Company I used to work for made good survey results a company wide MBO. Tank the survey by telling the truth and tank your own bonus. When that happens here you'll know there is no hope. I'm honestly surprised it hasn't yet - but 2022 MBOs are just around the corner.....
In response to the 2021 survey results, my leadership led with the "Be the change that you wish to see in the world" Gandhi quote. It came across as placing the blame on employees for their own dissatisfaction and minimizing their responsibility for implementing improvements.
Do you want to work here?
- Yes?
- No?
- If No, what is the bare minimal amount of compensation we can provide to change to yes?
Our main portal in our area has not been working that well since our IT main guy left. Enough already. Give me a survey so I can complain.
I can say within my area of tech we are taking the results seriously and working to address some key item themes. Obviously the key item is if we see change, but we are at least reviewing those and bringing up those opportunities in our respective town halls.
I should be able to see the results of any questions I personally answer. No feedback black holes.
Are you saying that the results...gasp...didn't support the narrative?! I am shocked (implied sarcasm).
Management didn't get the answers they wanted last time, so surveys are no longer relevant.
Never say the results on the 2021 Survey - mist of been REALLY bad :(
Last survey results were poor. That’s why there was no further discussion. Survey are worthless.
