Exit strategy

What is your exit strategy?

I have been thinking about leaving for a long time, but now I have given myself a deadline to leave by the end of February. I have some savings so I am no longer afraid of a turbulent start from scratch somewhere else. The situation here is unbearable and it's not worth waiting to become a layoff target. It's just a waste of time.

Leaving Fiserv in February is a very common month to leave. (historically)

Apply for 2 jobs every day. The worst that can happen is you never hear back.
