My total comp is around $260K and I've been here for about five years. What should be base pay for G7?

From the looks of it, there is not gonna be any markable bump in pay. You are lucky if it is just 2%

I heard Gr8 is supposed to receive a 13% bump, is this true?

@hos - Thanks for the fake news. $220K base for G7, LOL you're way off, that's like G9. $120K base for G7 is more like it. Maybe $150K when accounting for geo differential.
For Grade 7:
220k base.
80-100 k stock
20-30 k bonus
I am a L2 manager.
OP is overcompensated.
