Did not see a 401K match on yesterday's paycheck, did I miss an email from H.R.?

Yes you missed the email.
The 401k match was denied for 2021, it was announced in Q1 last year.
The next match for 2022 is supposed to be paid in January 2023.
If you get laid off or leave before the payout date you get nothing.
If Xerox decides pay the 2022 401k match they will probably force employees to pay 95% of health insurance costs.
The only way Xerox employees win is when they leave the company and find employment with an honest company.
