I don't know if it's a coincidence or not, but when I look at all the colleagues who got cut and those who left because of the enormous pressure (which Oracle often uses to get rid of unwanted people), I come to a conclusion that this company loves the least those who were the most engaged and who had the most ideas and new proposals. In short, those who loved their job and did their best. Looks like people with ideas and those thinking out of the box aren't welcome here anymore?

Absolutely right! The d-mbasses that pass for management are afraid of those people who know what they are doing. Stupid people always prefer to work with stupider people.
That has been the case for a long time! Too much competition for management.
