Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

Does it make sense to have a best network if the customer service is poor?

Short answer: it doesn't make sense at all. Top dogs keep forgetting that employees are the most important asset. How is it possible for someone who is 'competent' to consider great customer service as an afterthought?
Their strategy is completely wrong and of course it will get worse if their greed continues to grow. Just my two cents.

Nope. Not best network either anymore. Stop drinking the Kool aide. Best network bragging rights ship sailed years ago.

More like Customer disservice. Acting as the Executor of my late fathe's estate, Verizon Wireless was THE WORST entity to deal with to finalize and receive a customer credit.

They can't even consider fixing our point of sales system let alone give a damn about customer service. There is no competency left
