Even the apologist here know this is a eff-up business. Executive 'leadership' gives zero schatts about any of us. DEI is just a PR exercise. Compliance is a non starter (in over 6 years of enforcement actions still can't wrestle itself out of a wet paper bag), HR can't find water falling out of a boat.
Thinking things will get better? Yeah in 15 years if there still is a WF. This will get cut down to community banking and credit card and be the 9th largest bank in the US,

Agree DEI is totally bogus. Look how diverse we are by looking at our front page . There is really no desire to make a real change. By the way, where on earth is Mr.Santos ? No news at all from him. I think he was brought in just for show.
DEI won't save WF. People need to know their jobs at the end of day,

Wells Fargo is about as diverse as it gets. If your not happy because your not getting ahead there's options, learn something new, or jump jobs. Wells Fargo was the most valuable bank in the world up till 5 years ago, it will be again.
I don't gripe about DEI because it is not implemented. It is a noxious program. I gripe about it because it either pushes quality people out or prevents quality people from getting in, when forcing those who are not as qualified into those positions. Amazingly, there are some who gripe about DEI because it doesn't go far enough. To those, I say the road to h_ll is paved with good intentions, and/or window dresssing.
DEI is real at Wells and stands for Discrimination Exclusion and Inequity , since they seem to always want to discriminate. Two wrongs don't make a right.
