Nike cannot deny you the ability to earn an income. Male, female or other.
They ask you to sign an NDA- when you enter a new role -in which they agree to pay you some percentage of your salary, for a specific period of time to keep you from selling your skills to a specific list of competitors.
If you didn't sign an NDA, they cannot keep you from going anywhere or doing anything.
You will still be expected to keep confidential Nike secrets, confidential.
They don’t come after you and legally they can’t. If you’re honest, like I was, in my exit Interview they will send you an email saying they won’t hold it up
