I guess if I was Larry Ellison and I owned the Island of Lanai I'd be able to live comfortably on my 90,000 acres and never see another soul. Chances are good that I'd never get covid - no need for conspiracy theories - we just live in a different word to the top 1%.
I want to keep getting shots and then convince myself the symptoms would have been worse. South Africa said the symptoms were more mild without the vaccinations.

@bjw+1eJWzkPj Many are testing positive, but with very mild to no symptoms. Example: Hoda and Savannah of NBC Today show. Hoda was back to set in no time and Savannah has tested positive today, but airing from home, to go back to set asap. Meaning, Omicron is like a cold for most vaxxed people. Not the same for unvaxxed though. I am seriously looking forward to COVID being gone.

Our leaders are taking cue from CDC which is saying that Omicron will wind up by end of month. Expect Powell new declaration to RTO by end of January. Earliest could be March.

Don’t forget, only the January RTO date was backed off. Other groups are slated for Feb and Mar. Those dates have not been rescinded yet.
Should be never if management gets their heads of our of their as--s and starts to understand the future of work is not in a building.
RTO shouldn’t even be on the radar for the foreseeable future. Covid is running rampant. Hospitals are overcrowded, schools are a mess, businesses are closing. We need to worry more about another lockdown coming. Hopefully we can get things under control and then and only then begin talking about bringing people back to the office. I would say summer at the earliest. Maybe not until 2023.

Whatever the date is, they still need to give the 30 day ramp up. Hold your management accountable. I had to remind my manager (now an associate manager thanks to new job levels.. lol) that “voluntary” doesn’t mean that she gets to volunteer her directs back into the office to puff up her corporate street cred.
Wait for that email from Scott Powell, you know the copy and paste one? I’d say at the earliest, March 1st may be the soonest.. maybe the end of quarter 1 or the beginning of quarter 2 if we don’t get to the Omega Variant by then.🤷🏻
