$500 is a joke as a bonus when you’re higher up. I got $1,400 at progressive in gainshare with less than 1 year tenure…. Did I mention all employees get some sort of bonus?

Last year I didn't get a raise because I was labeled "inconsistent" due to an increase in inventory and a drop in file quality [because, you know, it was my fault that like 60% of my department was laid off or quit and the rest of us were saddled with an obscene amount of claims].

I don't expect a raise this year, either.

Pay raise?
The Esurance transition adjustment just hit and I lost 12% of my salary and with inflammation north of 6%, it made my decision easy! I’m leaving for a better opportunity in 2 weeks. FTW, FGS!

I'm a band 5 and I got a 6% for 2021 merit. I also got a $500 Holiday bonus and we have never gotten anything for Holidays in my prior 6 years. I am in CCC in NC.

It’s a budget year. They’ve had to spend too much on temp and independent adjusters. If you get a 2-3% raise you’ll be lucky. Most won’t be getting a raise. Yet another tactic to push you out the door so India can fill the void faster. Don’t kid yourself. This company is headed toward the cheapest educated labor they can get. INDIA !
