2022 Pay Increases Posted

Increases across all paybands is approximately 9% for 2022 but I was told by my manager current employees will receive (if at all) no more then a 4% increase. Thanks Allstate only new hires will reap the benefits of the new increases!

The top end band increases are actually closer to 13%

I consistently was getting 3.5 to 4 percent increase for the past several years, but new hires still come in and make more, the good managers are frustrated because their hands are tied they know they will loose good employees.

That is why I left, it doesn't pay (literally) to stay at one company more than a few years.

I’d get 2% raises for meeting and exceeding business goals.. that’s also why I left. :) get out. This place is the worst.

It’s toxic, doesn’t care about you, and questions every move you make.. god forbid if you need to use the restroom when you work and it’s not a designated break.

This place really gave me trauma, and then I go to progressive and I’m not questioned if I have to use 5 minutes to use the bathroom!

Just when I thought this company couldn’t go any lower they dangle the carrot for increases. Putting in my notice, sc--w this place!

Not a chance
Same old craptastic 1-3% max raises. Doesn’t look even cover cost of living.
Pune India Allstate employees don’t get raises. Their pay structure is different.
I work in licensing, they sure are pushing those Pune licenses as “on US soil adjusters”. Shady AF.

Well, if you don't get a raise, should signal time to gtfo

Sheesh, we’re lucky to get a 2% raise every year from these cheap scumbags for the long hours we put in claims ! There should be a cost of living adjustment given to us !
