As much as we are scared, we need to tell the truth. It's time. Even if it's just here. Do it. I'm tired of being afraid of being fired or made an out cast. Most assume I'm a sl-t and I'm not. You assume it's consensual, but it's not. It's not a joke, or something to laugh at or giggle about, it's hurtful and doesn't go away. I've reported it, but they (HR) claim no evidence. Help me!

Reach out to an attorney! There is action that can be taken and it should be taken to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all women at Nike. I took a stand and won - I hope you do too.
Get a lawyer before you talk to HR. I wish l would have. HR protects the company and basically the instigator gets away with it and promoted up no matter how disgusting they are in what they did. I’ve lost all respect for HR and the company. It’s now a paycheck and l stay in my lane.
LAWYER and evidence. You are not alone, I’m sorry this happened to you.
Lawyer first and foremost. Never HR.
Journal dates, times, locations as best you can. Track your story as best possible. Be as organized as you can muster.
Troll much?
This has been going on for centuries. You won’t win. Sorry, but it’s the truth. If it bothers you so much then it’s time to find another job.
Do not go to HR expecting help. First and foremost, HR is there to protect the company. If they happen to take action in your favor after you speak with them it is incidental and it happened to reduce liability to the company too. Instead, talk with a lawyer that specializes in harassment claims. They will often consult for free, take cases on contingency and will tell you how to engage HR to your benefit. A lawsuit has a much better possibility of enacting a positive change for others after you when it cuts profits.
