200 million people? - last I checked somewhere around 6.5 billion people have been vaccinated and you posit that there is a mysterious 40% increase in deaths since vaccinations started? Get a jab or don't, I really don't care anymore but dude ... these stories are getting crazier as time goes by.
If they wanted to require it, they could have done so a year ago. That suggests that they don't want to. The testing program kicking off on the exact day required by the WH mandate is also strong evidence. There's no evidence that company leadership wants to do any of this nonsense other than masking/distancing.

lol, in this market if extreme labor shortage, any business with a mandate is cutting their own throat, especially once "fully vaccinated" means shots every other month.
Correction, it reduces the risk of dying from COVID, while increasing it elsewhere. Fully vaccinated people can and have died from COVID. However, let's not forget, that 99.99% of people under 65 wouldn't have died anyway, so it's only reducing the risk for the 0.01% of the infected that are at risk for that anyway.
Meanwhile, deaths are "mysteriously" up 40%. No one wants to attribute it to anything, but that's irrelevant frankly. Let's just say that there's an epidemic of non-COVID deaths happening right now and leave it at that for those not able to see the truth. You give dr-gs to 200M people and deaths go up 40%, you might want to think about not doing that anymore.
The corporations that have filled you with those fairy tales about "freedom" in order to gain more power absolutely do have that ability, and they're exercising it. Look at Citi, Google, etc.
The Supreme Court is going to uphold their right as an employer to mandate vaccines, even if they say the federal gov itself can't. Those conservative Justices were put there to ensure corporate profits, and all your worker bees being sick is a threat to that. You've been played, yet again: it was never about your rights.
OSHA is not a representative of the people agency. They have no authority to dictate to American citizens how to live. They are not an elected- by- the- people body of government. They behave at the behest of the executive branch and we never want any president to become too powerful. We fought wars against tyrants in the past. They deserve to be put in their place. Meanwhile, deaths among 18-64 year olds are up 40% vs pre-COVID. The majority of those deaths do NOT have COVID as a cause of death, not even "with COVID". Call it "coincidence" or whatever you want, when are people going to wake up to the fact that something is very very wrong?

Whistle blowers inside the UK government have already come forward to reveal that the government intentionally used physiological warfare tactics on their own citizens to increase fear and make people easier to control and 'lead'. This mandate is going down, mainly because it's a state issue, not a federal one. The real reason they should rule against it, however, is that a mandate, even by a state, only makes logical sense if these dr-gs prevent transmission...which after many months of misinformation, even the government admits they do not. Thus, they are merely a medical treatment which, even if life saving in a few cases, can't be mandated.
Get the jab so I it stops transmission? Is that why Covid is breaking out on fully vaccinated cruise ships? And Navy ships? You’ve been sold snake oil compliments of BG and his foundation.

Even if the Supreme Court does overturn Biden's "vaccine or test" mandate for large corporations, that doesn't mean that a corporation couldn't choose to create the rule on their own. A separate case against businesses would have to be heard and ruled on to determine if businesses who opt to make requirements violates any legal protections.
