Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Citi Bank Announcement

Any chance all major banks will follow that suit? Considering all banks have federal contracts and have to comply with President order.

No negativity or political comments PLEASE!

If you use horse dewormer as a Covid treatment in your argument, your whole argument is immediately null and void. But good for you, you used a whole lot of words to attempt to disguise your uneducated drivel.

How about Pfizer's own data. Can that be cited as "scientific proof". I know they've been caught lying in court before, but do you honestly believe that they are inflating the number of people ki---d by their product? Does that sound plausible to you?

One size fits all isn't medicine, it's sales. That's all it is. 70M kids are in the crosshairs purely and only to increase pharma profits. They have no C risk. Everyone transmits. Ergo there is no medical reason for them to do it. Quite the opposite actually. "The science" says kids absolutely shouldn't. More risk than reward, and it's not close.

You took a dr-g and we're injured. The people pushing this don't care. You have no recourse and if they can take your job away in a bid to coerce you to take dose 2, they will. All that matters is pharma profits. That's it. Your life has no value to these people and they'll load you on the cattle car at the first opportunity.

Thinking the self reported VAERS database is "scientific proof" shows just how unscientific the post is.

I hate that this whole vaccination issue is always pushed to be a one size fits all…some of us got their first shot, had scary side effects impacting autoimmune disorders and have decided not to proceed with anymore. Personally with the fact I already had Covid, then got the first shot later last year I feel I should be considered fully vaccinated. Not to mention having a mandate seems to be a moot point because vaxxed and boosted are getting and spreading it… so it doesn’t really lessen your chances significantly of getting sick in the workplace. Look at all the cruise ships having outbreaks and they were all tested too!

lol, "lone wolf". There's something like 80,000 "lone wolves" working at WF, and the instant they update the definition of fully vaccinated to only include people that have received boosters, that number will probably double.

Serious question, have you always hated minorities or is it just this time? "Everyone is doing it" isn't evidence of something being moral or right. That's the logic of a child. History is rife with examples in which the minority was right and the majority very very wrong.

Try this. Get vaxxed if you want, don't if you don't want. See, that was easy.

Why try so hard to justify your point of view? This isn't fox news. Don't want to get vaxxed, then don't. Nobody cares other than the folks who work in hospitals that have to take care of your d-mb a$$ when you get sick.

Hard Truth:

If Wells Fargo is forced to make a choice between employees who are following the advice of the President, the CDC and the WHO vs divisive lone wolf employees who think they are smarter than doctors and science - the lone wolf employees are going to lose their jobs.

You can agree or disagree, but you’re going to lose.

Hilarious that Wells Fargo is no longer mentioned in articles discussing the moves of top banks. Wells Fargo is a non factor.

Is the Covid Vaccine safe?

  1. Are there possible adverse event outcomes? 543,000 in VAERS database (7/15/21) - https://vaers.hhs.gov/data.html
  2. Do the pharmaceutical companies have total indemnification from liability? Yes, congressional “PREP ACT”
  3. Is this a vaccine? No, mRNA messenger is a lab synthetic
  4. What additional chemicals are in the injection? Moderna SM-102 proprietary
  5. Is the vaccine FDA approved? No, emergency approval only
  6. Were dr-g interaction studies done? No
  7. Were single dose toxicity studies done? No
  8. Were toxicokinetic studies done? No
  9. Were genotoxicity studies done? No
  10. Were carcinogenicity studies done? No
  11. Were pre/postnatal studies done? No
  12. Is the mRNA injection effective? Mild reduction in symptoms
  13. How long does it protect against Covid? Don’t know
  14. Does it help people who contracted and survived Covid? Don’t know
  15. Does it prevent transmission of Covid? Don’t know
  16. Are there medical treatments for Covid? Yes, ivermectin, hydroxichloriquin, vitamins D, C and zinc
  17. What are Covid survival chances? 0-14 99.9998%, 15-44 99.9931%, 45-64 99.9294%, 65-85 99.6297%
  18. Is the PCR test accurate? Cycle threshold must be less than 35, FDA approved up to 40. Fauci - over 35 is dead nucleotides, not able to cause infection

Can you get natural immunity if you contract but survive Covid?
If yes, do you still need a vaccination?
If yes, why?
What population percentage of vaccinated/immune constitutes herd immunity? Why?
How does testing differentiate between Covid variants?
”If I get vaccinated can I stop wearing a mask(s)?”
Government: “NO”
”If I get vaccinated will the restaurants, bars, schools, fitness clubs, hair salons, etc. reopen and will people be able to get back to work like normal?
Government: “NO”
”If I get vaccinated will I be resistant to Covid?”
Government: “Maybe. We don’t know exactly, but probably not.”
”If I get vaccinated, at least I won’t be contagious to others – right?”
Government: “NO. the vaccine doesn’t stop transmission.”
”If I get vaccinated, how long will the vaccine last?”
Government: “No one knows. All Covid “vaccines” are still in the experimental stage.”
“If I get vaccinated, can I stop social distancing?”
Government: “NO”
“If my parents, grandparents and myself all get vaccinated can we hug each other again?”
Government: “NO”
“So what’s the benefit of getting vaccinated?”
Government: “Hoping that the virus won’t ki-l you.”
”Are you sure the vaccine won’t injure or  ki-l me?”
Government: “NO”
”If statistically the virus won’t ki-l me (99.7% survival rate), why should I get vaccinated?”
Government: “To protect others.”
”So if I get vaccinated, I can protect 100% of people I come in contact with?”
Government: “NO”
“If I experience a severe adverse reaction, long-term effects (still unknown) or die from the vaccine will I (or my family) be compensated from the vaccine manufacture or the Government?”
Government: “NO – the government and vaccine manufacturer’s have 100% zero liability regarding this experimental dr-g”
So to summarize, the Covid19 “vaccine”…
Does not provide immunity
Does not eliminate the virus
Does not prevent death
Does not guarantee you won’t get it
Does not stop you from passing it on to others
Does not eliminate the need for travel bans
Does not eliminate the need for business closures
Does not eliminate the need for lockdowns!!!

Millions of Americans with no vaccine means there is a non dr-gged control population to test the effectiveness against the population of vaxxed....They do not want to see a control study

If the virus was as bad as they say they would close the southern border.

Until they do that they are obviously lying.

  • The vaccines do not confer immunity or prevent transmission.
  • What beneficial effect they do have wears off, they don’t know when.
  • They probably don’t protect against new variants or mutations.
  • The vaccines have unknown longterm side effects.

Not according to the latest report they are reviewing. Most are in easily churnable job positions except for a small percentage of above average performers who will be made examples of, if they go through with the same actions. It’s less than 100 people in that latter group, and a few thousand in the former. Both would get the boot out the door.

@kvn We've already seen this scenario play out in other organizations, they end up losing very few people. It's not going to be any different at WF. There's not as many stupid people as you think, the stupid people are just the loudest so it makes it seem like there are more of them. Most people have already been vaxxed and this is a non-issue.

You guys are nuts! I am by no means pro mandate, but even for the companies who have had to lay people off it has been a small amount (under 1% of companies). Citi will be no different. Most are likely vaccinated, others will not want to lose their salary and get vaccinated, and only a few hundred will end up resigning.

Top talent isn't going to be impacted by this. Skilled workers are generally smart and aren't falling for silly conspiracy theories, they've already been vaccinated.

This is actually a brilliant way to get rid of dead weight workers without half a brain.

The best thing Wells could do is let everyone mandate shots, then suck up all the available talent and stay out of the mandate game. That would be a great trailblazer move. But Wells hasn't exactly been a trailblazer.

Citigroup will terminate employees who have still not received full COVID-19 vaccination by Jan. 14, a spokesperson confirmed to FOX Business.

Citi announced the company’s plan to require vaccinations for employees in a post on LinkedIn on Oct. 28.

"We have made the decision to require U.S.-based colleagues to be fully vaccinated as a condition of employment," Head of Human Resources Sara Wechter wrote. "We will assess all requests for religious, medical or any other accommodation required by state or local law on a case by case basis."

"Our people are our most important asset, and we will do all we can to help our colleagues comply with this new requirement," she added.

At the time, Citi announced no deadline, but some reports discussed a Jan. 14 deadline.

Bloomberg, then Reuters, reported the looming deadline on Friday, and Director of Function Communications Kerry Snow confirmed the date.

"We announced this vaccine requirement on Oct. 28, noting that complying is a condition of employment, and the January 14 deadline to comply with the requirement was widely reported back then," Snow said in an email to FOX Business.

The bank took the decision in October to comply with the Biden administration policy requiring all workers supporting government contracts to be fully vaccinated.

But the policy will now apply to any Citigroup employee. The employees will work remotely for part of 2022, but should return to working in person in February.

Citigroup is the first major Wall Street bank to impose such a restriction on its employees, according to Bloomberg. More than 90% of the company’s staffers have complied with the rule, with that number expected to continue to rise over the next week leading up to the deadline.

Employees who leave under the current termination can return for future roles once they are vaccinated.

WF clearly didn't consider itself part of the federal contractor mandate (which is still stayed) and instead considered themselves under the OSHA order being debated at the Supreme Court. The OSHA order doesn't actually require vaccination, allowing testing as an alternative that Wells Fargo was implementing, so your premise is incorrect.
