I am proud to work for Allstate. I love my team, I love my CSL, I love how Allstate allows me to work from home. Allstate is a blessing and I thank the Lord everyday for blessing me with this job. Everyone who is so unhappy, go work elsewhere.

I love the fact the original poster is happy with Allstate and felt compelled to share that on a layoff site. I also enjoy when either an HR or Senior Leadership troll comes on here spouting opinions not ground in reality for most of us.

If a candidate were to come here considering taking an offer from Allstate, maybe start with any actual benefits the company has to offer; and why it’s better than your competition.
But take into account Allstate laid off thousands during a global pandemic only to rehire them back at a lower wage and then the lower pay and no bonuses, it’s a garbage company.
Oh and don’t even get me started on the micromanagement. If you have to go to the bathroom outside of a break that’s too bad, you’ll have a message asking why you took 5 minutes in aux 2.

This person obviously doesn’t work in claims where 60 hour work weeks are the norm. I got out 6 months ago and now enjoy end of year bonuses , a manageable workload and work life balance .
