Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Tell us our new comp early

Sure wish I knew how much my bonus and raise will be.

Sure would be nice to be told early.

Yep, sure would be nice and easy to accomplish...

Personally I'd like to know my new current pay range and mid point. Can't find it anywhere and workday &hr service and support are useless in finding data related to it. The best I can do is keep searching jobs and hope a job in my family is posted and hope that range is correct, so far only the higher up positions are posted, and i'm seeing different pay ranges for the same title so that's not very useful.

Back in the olden days, all this happened a full month later, with review discussions in February and raises/bonuses paid in March. Actually, that was only a few years ago. Let’s be grateful for that!

@1hjw+1eFD3fA, They’re not locked yet, just the ratings. Managers can still edit commentary until next Tuesday I think. I better go confirm that as I have a few revisions to make…

Does anyone know when performance reviews were locked in the system?

if you are unaware of tvc then you either aren't bonus eligible, don't read your emails or both.

What is the TVC plan mentioned?

@ucb IME managers typically like the employees who get stuff done and try not to make their life as a manager worse. Try it some time.

Bonus targets have been eliminated. They've moved to the TVC plan for this year already. Supposedly gives managers more flexibility.

It’s like going to one of those companies so you can get paid 2 days earlier. “What a great deal!”

Bonus aside, your mgr will get a set amount and it's up to him on how he wants to divvy it up. If he likes you, then you get a bigger piece of the pie. If not, well you get less than the person sitting next to you that bought him or her sando once in a while. God only knows it has nothing to do with work performance.

Only Wells Fargo needs 4 months (Oct through Jan) to perform the CP&D process. No other company I have worked for was so convoluted. Can you say "Agile"?

Post from TheLayoff.com

Thank you. I just learned more in 2 minutes on this site than I did a half an hour searching through team works and workday. Hold time for HR is 65 minutes.

is managers don't even know yet. while we put in our amounts the powers that be can and usually do make a few cuts. performance reviews will be ready the week of Jan 17 and comp will be final and able to discuss around Jan 27th. at least we get this all a month early now, going back to 2019 and before it was all done in Feb/mar now it's Jan/Feb.

Dude. Take your salary times your target bonus. What does that equal? Then times that total by 85 percent and you should get roughly 5 percent more or less. On the other hand if you get a bad review you are on your own. If you were here 9 months then divide the final total by nine. Think mc’fly think.

You will get a bonus of 2%, Jelly of the Month, and 7% inflation.

What happened to the 2017 - 9% tax break the company got?
