Kudos to whoever decided to move over to this new software and the team that implemented it. This new software is a vast improvement over the patch work of tools we used before. Let’s hope they keep making improvements like this going forward. Looks like they still need to fix some stuff but wow this is way better then the cluster we were using before.

WageWorks has been in use for years. Total cr-p scam company, just like the WF way. When our office got shut down in March 2020 for pandemic, they kept charging us all our auto pay stub deductions for the garage parking and when I called in they stated they can't refund any money so it was just stolen from us!
I had to make a spreadsheet showing WW the cost breakdown of all the receipts I uploaded because they kept denying the claim. I then turned the spreadsheet into a PDF and uploaded it along with the receipts. It was finally approved. When I called them they blamed Anthem for the original denials (you know the place that provided the benefit summary I was also required to upload). When I called Anthem, they said it was WW. It was incredibly frustrating. The times I expect them to ask for a receipt they don't. When it's routine dr visit and they do it's mind boggling.
What’s worse than WageWorks? HealthEquity! I’ve had to hunt for the previously easy to find spot where I can push out my commuter benefits every few months when RTO kept being delayed.
Wageworks is the company that scams you out of all your FSA money and asks for a million receipts. I hate Wageworks with a passion, most evil dirtbags ever.
