Probably. They started giving some more risk jobs to people in the Philippines and management has heavily hinted at the upcoming risk changes. Hopefully they are saving all the money from sending risk and compliance jobs overseas...for the major lawsuits and fines that will result from that brilliant idea.
It’s been a couple years since a reorg has been done, so it is due.
Not only did Mandy bring in all her staff, but CF did also. All with promotions, of course.
Don’t forget Mandy hired every single one of her directs. 6 months to a year after I bet those risk type leaders have started to be swapped out too.
Get ready for a ride corporate risk, y’all going on a roller coaster of one , clearly the Fed not happy
All new leaders come in with a new playbook. Don’t you know that they will do a better job than their predecessors? Plus, it will be a JPMC resource loyal to the OC and CEO.
maybe they'll do away with all this dotted line dual reporting nonsense. makes me think of office space, every time I am late with my tps reports I have multiple managers getting on me about it
There's always a reorg when a new senior leader comes on board. I doubt anything will change until he or she is hired.
What kind of reorg? People have been moved and reorg'd late last year, although not in a thoughtful way. Not sure if those moves are part of this planned reorg.
Yes. Won’t be finalized until new cro comes on board and he signs off.
