“The VP”? It’s like the third lowest corporate title, pretty sure more than one exists in this ECMO place, and not likely to make a difference. Do you perhaps mean a Director?
It sure feels like making people quit to avoid paying severance in ECMO, as they just hired a big team in the Philippines, and the VP isn’t joining.
