Stock went missing with transition

Seems my stock that was given from the company a few years ago has just vanished and gone missing with the system conversion. I see shares I purchased through stock purchase plan but my granted shares are gone. Anyone else or is there a different place to see these now?

Ditto to several other posts. At first I thought they were lost too but your ESPP is the only part that transferred to Computershare. You have to log into EQ shareowner online and you can still see the previous RSR award.

Shareowneronline.com for the 50 shares people were awarded a few years ago

Stock purchase and stock options are two different programs. I sold all my shares before the freeze since compushare was an unknown. They charged me like $25 to sell them (flat fee not based on amount sold).

Vested are still with EQ. Just have to log on there. I found mine today as I noticed they were missing too.

Received a letter last week notifying that shares moved ComputerShare.

It looks like they are now split in 2 systems. Half of mine are still in EQ shareowner online (vested shares) and anything through SPP is in computerShare. I wonder if all will eventually move or they’ll stay in two systems. Maybe time to sell one bucket.

you can also use the HR chat function which has pretty quick turn around time or submit a request and someone will get back to you. did you try logging into the old EQ site where vested shares lived prior to the jan 1 migration of everything to computershares?

I did think about contact HR but it was over a 2 hour wait so figured if anyone else had info to help could save us all time! Or I’ll wait a few days until all the workday mess goes away These shares are vested and were solidly in my account. I can see where they were given to me I just can’t find the shares in my “portfolio”. Semi joking about the company stealing. They have started finding ways to save money in every way they can not to the benefit of employees - ie the change in 401k match to EOY.

have you thought about reaching out to HR instead of an anonymous layoff forum. I'm guessing there is an answer somewhere and the company isn't stealing from you

when you say a few how many you talking? I know years back when we used to get options they would put a timeline on when you had to exercise them or they'd be gone. regardless though it could be part of the system migration where they are moving just to compushares for lti. perhaps your caught in the migration

Exactly. Even my linked account where I track all my accounts picked up the decrease in value. I do see 2 account numbers but cannot find those shares anywhere. Don’t steal any more of my hard earned $!!!

Yes, I am trying to find that out too. Shareowner online URL doesn’t work anymore. That’s where I used to see my shares. On the Computersgare website, I couldn’t see my shares that were vested. All gone now!

Computershare. You should have two accounts. One with some long account number another with your employee number.
