I understand that Workaday is wacked right now, but when I did get into my compensation section it showed my current base as 4% lower than 2021. Is that a mistake or were salaries actually lowered and I missed the memo?

I am paid hourly and my hourly rate is the same so no changes for me. My net pay did decrease since I am back contributing to the 401K and my SS taxes kicked back in with the new year.
My compensation is showing up as it was prior to my 2020 raise.
Pay stub seems to be unaffected except for the cost in benefits difference.
I need to find the document with my pay raise/bonus info from last year.
Your gross pay or net pay?
Search new job postings on workday for jobs related to your title/previous title in a city that shares your pay area (000, 001, etc.) to see the new ranges.
Where did you find the compensation ranges for your job title? I kept job families but I can’t seem to find the new salary ranges anywhere! All I keep getting is a compensation grade but that leads me no where!
You forget about new benefits charges?
Mine looks about right given that social security and medicare have kicked back in plus the new benefits which seem a few dollars more than last year. No idea what OP is talking about. I assume it's specific to him/her.
Nope but I noticed the software engineering max pay was decreased in my area by 6k (per job postings on workday, comparing it to the job family pdf I have from november).
Mine isn’t right either, but my pay voucher seems to be correct given new benefits that I have signed up for.
