New Year, let's get some updates

Now that we have started 2022, who has updates on any layoffs? If anyone knows anything specific, let's get the conversation started.

It seems like all of the talk of India is for auto claims. Do we have any specifics on anything property related going to India? Please no general comments like "all of it!". They can't move all of it at the same time, even were they to eventually move it. Something has to start the train off, like moving all subro to India, then all processor work to India, etc. Anyone have any property specifics?

Licensing underway for the Pune team. Apparently Allstate figured out how to meet the state requirements. LDU is going to be history, sooner than you think. Go to unrep or repped or look for a new job. I left because as a csl couldn’t stand lying to my team anymore. The AI in LAT is for the transition to Pune, not to make claims easier for you.

We won’t be getting any updates until upper management is ready or should I say India is ready. You will need to read the tea leaves, talk to a psychic, or guess. Watch what is happening in claims. It’s pretty clear with what happened in 2020 and the subsequent work types leaving for Pune what transformative growth is all about. Upper management won’t admit it, they will just work you to death until you quit as they want to limit severance when the big cuts come.
