The new workday is not showing carryover balances from last year. Are you guys seeing the same issue?

My carryover PTO is not showing either. My co-worker screenshared so I could see where the carryover hours should be displayed but that column doesn't exist on my screen. After a chat session with HR, I was instructed to open a case, which I did.

I just wanted to point out that we all pretty much did exactly this yesterday, and the results were different. When I did it, it took me to Policyworks, where it linked to an outdated Risk calendar.
"I really wish Wells Fargo would publish a list of holidays that are observed by the bank. Even better would be if they could separate the holidays by NYSE and Standard observed holidays for the teams that must follow the NYSE calendar. Could someone please submit this as a loudspeaker item?"

Holidays: search for "Observed Holidays" on Teamworks and click the first link that appears. This will take you to ServiceNow and a page which has the 2021 and 2022 holidays.
Carryover PTO: In workday, from the home page, click on "View All Apps" and select "Absence". On next screen select "Absence Balance" under the View section. Change As Of date to "12/31/2022" and click OK. Your carryover shows in "Beginning Year Balance" versus the "Carryover Balance" (Yes, d-mb and not logical but.... first rule of WF... leave logic away from work). I checked mine just now and my 40 hours of carryover are in "Beginning.." and my total for the year is correct in "Accrued Year to Date".

You can see your full year PTO, as has been explained here a few times. Even has been explained in this very thread, if you take the time to read.
Sure does make it tougher to plan when you can't see the full year PTO.
On another note I don’t see any of my granted stock shares in that portal. I only see what I previously purchased through SPP. Anyone else?
2022 holidays are in Service Now. Carry over is on the Time Off screen in your profile. Carry over does NOT show as a separate category on summary page but is broken out on Time Off page.
Now that traffic has subsided and I can get in, this looks miles better than PS and is much easier to use with everything* in one place.
*Except past stuff like W2s and pay stubs until we have history in WD.

Actually, they used to. But I can't find anything for 2022.

@fts+1eCAelzq Maybe have a chat with your manager and see if they'd be willing to work with you? I know my manager wouldn't let me lose it like that... but I knew that ahead of time as well.
You should really contact Sen Warren about this. The bank should not be able to steal 10 hours from you due to the inability to read.
It was definitely not that clear when I was searching. I’m losing 10 hours I guess. That really sucks. I felt like I did my homework….wish I could go back and look now at what I was looking at. Or kept a copy. Lesson learned..
If you work less than 40 hours per week, it is correct that you can carry over your standard weekly hours. So if you are scheduled to work 30 hours, then you can carryover 30 hours (not 40). They made this change several years back when they implemented the (then new) TimeTracker system. You also accrue PTO at a prorated amount each year, not the full amount that you’d receive if you are scheduled to work a 40 hour week.
Question here. Can someone confirm? I work 30 hours a week and I researched the policy in November to see how much I could carry over and it simply said 40 hours carryover. I would have tried to take more if it had stated that it was less if you work less than 40 a week. I look in workday and it’s only showing 30 carryover. And now when I look at the policy it specifically outlines that you can only carry over your standard hours per week. I looked hard…I swear it didn’t say that previously…I would have tried harder to take the days if I had seen it as it is now! Can anyone confirm? Why do I feel like I’m getting screwed over with the new system?

@nmz+1eCAelzq set the as of date to 12/31/2022 and it will show you what you will accrue over the entire year.
I see mine. What I can't see is how much PTO will be available to me this year.
