@1hiy Money. We think it solves everything. We gave a select group of people raises and are giving everyone 50 shares if they participate in ESPP. Work load, incapable peers, and issues solving complex problems is only specific to your team. DEFINITELY not a widespread problem. Talk to your manager.

Security needs to enforce Low Emissions Vehicle parking. This should be enforced by type of vehicle not the fraudulent tag which was gotten for a different car.

Why is there surplus cubicles but not enough lockers for fab workers and why are the lockers designed as if there is no winter. Need more space for winter coat and winter boots.

Can we significantly invest in inclusivity and reduce future raises so toxic box shipping boys (@sfq) get a sense of reality and focus on maximizing productivity and cost-to-work ratio rather than wasting time on the internet, causing wasteful salaries to be continuously funded?

Better to have engineers work 4/10
On Fridays most are either out or leaving early

Why does the fab run better over the weekend vs the week? Maybe we should change every engineer to work 4/10’s or take every other Friday off.

Why are leaders always so angry/toxic? It’s not your comp, so what is it?

Prudential - kickbacks and cost (inferior service)

Morgan Stanley - cronyism (someone knows someone)

Fidelity (cynical) - cost
Fidelity (non-cynical) - they learned from the decision to switch to Prudential
