I have considered several options and increasingly I think it would be best for me to leave the insurance world. However, honestly, I have been in this industry for a long time and it would feel odd to start something completely different again after so many years. I would like to hear other people's experiences.

I'm considering leaving the insurance (or at least a specific domain of insurance) industry asap. I'd like to have a position where merit is valued - at least a little bit. Beef up your technical skills, make an impressive resume, create an online presence and go for it
