If this company doesn't care about the fact that some are overwhelmed with work here and at the same time values great employees as much as those who hardly do anything here, then why would I care and try to do my best?
It's not worth it. I don't believe Verizon will ever separate the wheat from the chaff and reward those who work hard in the right way.

As an adult why do you continue to do a job that you dislike? Yes you have bills to pay but why choose to be miserable? Quit or get another job. It’s that simple.
Not sure why you’re cleaning up that mess? Send them back to the location.
What really bothers me the most is when I have to deal with an escalation from an indirect location. “ I didn’t want this ,I didn’t ask for that “ They didn’t tell me this , they didn’t tell me that.” So of course we take care of all the issues but then end up getting a negative RIS account authentication. Yeah it doesn’t go against our team commission but the point is I had to clean up someone’s mess that is on an individual commission structure surely making more money then I.
agreed 💯 im tired of working here after 8 years im not compensated nor appreciated anymore so looking for new job starting jan, its a shame it use to be awesome 🤷🏻♀️
