I know hate is a strong word but that's how I feel. I am sick and tired of the stress that comes with working here and having to deal with all of the managements' bu-----t. It's getting worse all the time. The ELT is determined to destroy this place and they won't be satisfied until it's completely ruined. I can't wait to be out of here.

stressed? if you're still working from home, take naps during "lunch". so what if they turn into a 3 hour long break and you wake up and say "fu-k it, I'm done for the day"

Hate is way too strong of a word for something you can control immediately, meaning if you don’t like no one is holding you.

Stop working so hard. You are bringing this stress upon yourself. Once you are in the new job, you will feel like kicking yourself for letting yourself get so stressed in this job. Just take your own sweet time doing a job and focus on drafting your next resume and cover letter Just tell them you are getting a headache and feeling nauseous and unable to work to your full capacity. My coworkers use that excuse all the time.
You mean because you don’t agree with frank that we should comply with the presidents executive order on vaccines and disagree with his belief that people who work together will do a better job for our clients and employees will have a more fulfilling career?
