Controller EMHC US Conv 2% VG and out the door!
My supervisor's on leave. Is there any other way to find out what I'm getting? As I don't want to wait 2 weeks to find out I'm getting 2%
UK buddy 2% I think he has 15 years in CL27
Any update on the UK?
KLTC supervisor. Max increment i saw is 16% (outstanding with CL bump).. NSI is 0%. VG is around 5%… Excellent around 8%
All of these “outstanding” CL 26,27,28 commenting 1-2%. There is some BS. Y’all aren’t mentioning anything about your RSUs….
CL 24, G, 8%. Motivating me to do nothing, take a lot of “sick days”, and spend most of my time looking for another job. Think I’ll use this new COVID as an excuse to work from home. When I get another job I won’t tell XOM, just continue to WFH. Fu(k XOM!
amazing how the company can still trust us to do or make decisions for sites with such a low increment.
EMHC. NI. CL26. 2.25%.
A 20-40% bump in WFH will even things out.
x% raise for 1-year contract. Risk/Reward ratio is at least ?0x. Do the math.
This is one of the most active thread on this forum. Goes to show what a greedy bunch y'all are!
Any data on raises for Controllers? Scared to ask my boss

When I mentioned to my doctor that I was expecting to take a job at XOM, he said, "WHY would you want to do THAT?! I have a lot of patients there and they all hate it!" During my onsite, I asked my interviewers to tell me what they liked about XOM. One he/she/it said he/she/it would not leave because of his pension but NO ONE said anything positive about the company or that he/she/it liked working there.
I need to send a thank you note to the guy who blackballed me.
Seriously, what the fu-k happened over there? Your competitors used to be in awe of XOM.
Let's how many new replies posted in the time it took me to type this post.
I got promised 1000 RSUs cashable at 80 or above in 2 years.
Please keep working hard you all.
I need that money.
EMRE, CL 26, O 2 years. 4%. WTF. Is this pay for performance??
I don’t know which curve I’m on. Will boss tell me if I ask?
A B C curves?
CL40+ Dallas 15%
Effective January 1, 2022, the annual salary of N. A. Chapman, Senior Vice President, will increase to $1,100,000. This represents an increase of 15% and is the result of the Committee’s assessment of performance and relative position with external benchmarking companies

CL promotion to 26. O two years in a row. 13%. 5 years experience
Your boss has to proactively go find the information, it will not be presented to him on a silver platter like he has come to expect.
My supervisor says he hasn’t received any of the information about it yet, did everyone receive theirs today? He’s not one for lying about it or playing petty games etc, so kinda confused.
CL 24 with CL bump/Outstanding/ +17%
DW was playing us - he is laughing at us. They are really quite a bunch of terrible people.
O/ 3%. Sending many, many applications this evening. I feel insulted maybe that was the aim.
CL27, E, 20yrs, 3%
EMRE CL26 VG 1%
Spring CL27 NSI 0%
CL 25, Very Good/EMIT 2.5%
Any guesses on expected U.K. numbers?
The max raise is 4% above inflation… WHAT PART OF THIS IS ENCOURAGING DARREN
Trend I’ve noticed:
O 10%
E 5%
VG 2.5%
G 1.25%
NI 0%
With 5% add on for a CL bump.
CL 27, Outstanding/Q1 for 10+ years, 1%, GSC
F&L Excellent CL 25. 5%.
@mov+1e592EMy CL bump = 5%
......... It was a troll after all.
"Just now completing supervisor training related to salary treatments. HR gave the following general ranges applicable to our group depending on many different factors:
O - 12-18%
E - 10-15%
VG - 5-12%
G - 2-3%
NI/NSI - Not eligible"
It seems like most of the input here are from the US..hope to hear from other locations as well...
CL25, VG, EMHC, 2.5%
Spring, CL25, E, 5%
VG, 8% with a CL bump. Adjusted for inflation, I’m exactly where I was at my last salary treatment
