With the omicron variant likely being in the US now, and it's ability to bypass the vaccine, do you think we'll go back to working from home again?

Because the oil production would diminish. The majority of unvaccinated are field personnel. The company has established protocols that the unvaccinated follow in order to prove they are negative. I don’t get why the vaxxed are so concerned with what others are doing if they believe in their vaccine.
Why not send all unvaccinated people home for good, never to be employed by the company again. Bye-bye.
It is smart to go home for a while, but we have to learn to work with Covid. I think we should test even the vaccinated. I am vaccinated and would love to get some test to do each week. If I can help protect my co-workers by testing and being vaccinated I will be more than happy. It is hard to find test in pharmacies, so if Oxy could get more for all of us that would help. The govt is saying the test should be free so get as many as we can for all of us.
Back to work from home from today till Feb 1st.
Give the vaccination to all those who are unvaccinated and the problem will be diminished.
I am okay with WFH but can work in the office just as easily. It is more important to get back to normal and learn to live with Covid than starting and stopping everything when a new variant shows up. For our kids, companies, etc. we need to learn to live with Covid.
Better way to make money: short Oxy on the peaks and cover on the dip. Do the opposite with COP concurrently.
Good way to make money by purchasing Oxy shares on the dip! It is about the only way to make money off of this floating moose nugget until the dividend comes back.
This seems to have turned out to be nothing to shut down the world for. I bet this will happen at least 3 more times in 2022, so it looks like Covid is here to stay and we need to learn to live with it. Politicians need to shut the he-l up and we need to get on with live.

Haven’t taken those dr-gs before. The only dr-gs that I take are vaccines.
@hbf+, Have you ever taken amoxicillin for a sinus infection? if so, then you I have taken cat and dog antibiotics. Fluffy would not be pleased, and Fido would definitely be confused.

Actually the Montgomery County Judge has help secure Monoclonal Anti-Bodies treatments that actually help. I know people who have had the treatment and it helped them tremendously. Unfortunately the federal govt controls who gets it, so for us to have it available in Montgomery County says a lot about our County Judge.
Why don’t you go to HR and tell them you will work from home for 30% less, or quit and do your own thing at home. Covid is going to be around a long time so get vaccinated and get in with your life.
No one said it would bypass the vaccine. Are you listening to those same mo--ns from Montgomery county who are taking the animal dewormer?
