They want to turn us into front line trainers? Yes, it is becoming increasingly clear that the company wants people in retail to be front line trainers who will teach the customers to not need us, as someone has already said. Great observation! I recently realized this and started sending out the most apps ever because I don’t want to help this company achieve that goal any time soon.

Who remembers the days of greeters, and the push for My Verizon Express %. Those were the days. Soon so much traffic disappeared (not because of MVE but because of the terrible experience) that they pulled the check in machines because it was a terrible look to have check in machines for non existant traffic. Are we doing it again?
