I came here to check if things might have improved any in the last six months, but judging from the posts the answer is a resounding no. I feel for you all, but I'm so happy to be out of that mess. I've been looking to get out for over a year before I finally got lucky and I haven't regretted leaving once. Guys, the grass is not only greener, it's fluorescent. If you get an opportunity to leave, jump on it.

Things won’t improve until they lose the current leadership team and drop the social justice warrior culture. VZ got woke and shareholders are going broke.
I left and got a job at ATT and their commission structure is like the old comp plan at vz except there's no bucket, no ARD bu-----t, no surveys, no cold calls. There's a set amount you make for every sale including upgrades. Not sure why vz hates its employees so much?
