I know that they are not interested in the opinion of employees at all, but I am interested to hear what people would suggest to the management?
I would love to slow down the attrition but it seems to be a lost cause now and beyond any control. Attrition creates a terrible problem for me because it just adds more work to my plate, so I'm seriously considering leaving.
