The current comp structure at risk is based on how many hours someone works per month. There is a 24/32 and 40 hour structure. When it comes to working overtime the “ at risk “ is adjusted for the 24 and 32 hour positions but not the 40 hour ones. The incentive opportunity was devised to counter pushback from reps working beyond 40 hours but not getting any adjusted “ at risk “. Leadership pretends like this is some great incentive for employees when in reality they are just paying us what they should.

Don't know one person working ANY overtime, this is VERIZONS PROBLEM!!! These id--ts at the top created this problem, we all know that, now they want us to keep picking up the slack. We've had 3 reps a day for 9 months, hour and a half queues, nobody cares about that, nobody cares that we work through lunch, nobody cares that we can't take a vacation, or a personal day, nobody cares that we have families and lives outside of this cr-p ho-e, they only care about the bottom line. These id--ts need to realize that once you're employees realize the company could give 2 sh--s about you, the employees could give 2 sh--s about the company. Our whole management team has given up, same at other stores, this company has lost its employees, which is spilling over to the customer base. Nice jobs Verizon.
No one is going to work an extra 8 hours per week for 5 weeks to get the $300 then you have to hit 2.0 to get another $300. It’s not worth the work.
If the markets keep like they are that overtime bonus is going to be worthless. CPI and inflation is about to go bonkers. Which was also why I suspected they did this overtime thing. Sure it benefits them and the company; they sure as heck aren't going to give raises when needed. You can't tell every family isn't feeling the squeeze of inflation. Is anyone actually making more money in 2021 vs 2019? BTW 2021 even though they kept our jobs and paid us, 1.0 incentive was still a paycut. Even if you add in the government stimulus we most all likely got. Only job ever where your pay goes down and they ask you to do more. Won't be doing any over time in protest. We are the only place doing this RIS survey stuff.
Big Corp still making their bonuses while bottom feeders still hitting all the new lines the ARD but because two idi@ts gave you 8 RIS there goes your chance of making $1000 now be thankful for the $800 and work OT we really want you to get the extra cash!

RIS is just a way for big red to justify paying its employees less than ever. Its not a valid assessment. Its a fugazi. A Fake. A corporate scam. A KB and Vestdirt Co Inc pyramid scheme for higher ups to make more and pay frontline workers less. It should be illegal.
Totally correct and it’s basically in place to avoid any class action lawsuits.
