Is transforming itself. They want all key decisions in NYC and key personnel there too. The likely will jettison some longstanding business units that don’t fit their strategy. That feels like a long term-ish play. So it’s likely Frank doesn’t stick around to see it complete. That means his successor is the most critical person to be aware of

@ehi+1dzKBNvS - I don't doubt it but is the consensus that there will be more layoffs this year? Not just WFH? If so, any ideas what groups may be affected?

And once Frank shuts down AP, he will sell off the remaining Lincoln buildings and make Omaha the only Nebraska-based hub. I guarantee you this will happen at some point. It keeps Frank up at night knowing there are multiple Fiserv buildings within 45 minutes of each other.
