HR threat of termination for two years now. McKinsey in the background coordinating the restructure. McKinsey was supposed to leave and now re-hired. No one is keeping confidentiality to include HR. Every GT VP is being investigated (for what, I'm not sure to include the CDIO). No clear plan, strategy or directional outline shared with anyone from the top down. No one knows whats going on at all levels. Rumors of an actual layoff to counter the supply chain issue continues. Holiday is coming up, but ignored until now. Tech Ops has been completely tossed to the dice at random. McKinsey hired again to sort it out. Who's the common denominator here? McKinsey? Yes, because GT ST can say that they were given the best advice from an industry standard and they are off the hook. Don't buy into the bu-----t or trust that anyone has your back. They don't. No one will be held accountable, but you may lose your job. McKinsey? Will still be making MILLIONS off Nike. What a joke. How many scandals has McKinsey been involved in? Too many to count. Hello Nike, at GT, we're done. I'm disgusted, disappointed, heart broken and am still hanging in there. I don't know why. I think in my soul somehow or some way this will turn around.

Once you decide to leave you will be empowered and confident once again because it happened under your own power. Life is so much better on the outside. I spent like 27 yrs total through many dark seasons. This is a time like none other.
