Here is a question for those of you with confirmed/diagnosed social anxiety, how do you manage to succeed during interviews, client meetings, team hangouts, etc?

I also prepare interview questions and sometimes I will ask my husband to ask me questions. I too have anxiety and I hate interviews! However, I feel like being prepared.helped me in the last round of interviews I had because I was prepared. Remember you can ask questions as well. I like to ask the interviewer why do you like working here, what do you think is the biggest challenge for new employees in this role?
During interviews I prepare. And I write down small bulletin points on paper out of vision of video to help me. There are usually generic Interview questions that you can flip negative or positive. Having a cheat sheet helps reduce the anxiety In social gatherings I look for one person I know a bit more and try to hang with that person or in larger groups where I can be a part and not really be the focal point. I hope that helps
