Instead of trying to improve our offerings and customer service to bring in more money, the leadership (and I use that term loosely) will once again focus on temporary gains through cost cuts. Despite everybody knowing that any bumps in profits attained like that are temporary. Somebody needs to tell Frank that you can't run a company through cuts and expect it to prosper.

What are the odds "leadership" starts using Sapience data to find reasons to terminate people? ... one more way to reduce headcounts and not pay packages. ?
The 12/8 vaccine mandate isn't a layoff, it'll be voluntary attrition so that'll be messaged that way.
Layoffs will happen - the Dec8 vacc mandate and you can't make 4th quarter results without getting rid of employees at Fiserv/1st Data.
