Wow, the arrogance of the Aero leadership team! In the Townhall they said they will not re-baseline schedules when the firings are done. That means Mandatory OT and/or missed milestones for all those who remain to take up the slack! Kiss bonuses good bye!
They said they plan to move people around and hire contractors and new employees to make up for the losses. Yeah right, Honeywell will be competing with everyone else to hire contractors and replacement employees. Good luck with that!

HR actually believes they are going to fill talented and experienced roles with temps and new req’s. They seriously have no concept of what it takes to ramp someone up, much less get them to the level of experience they frittered away by having their employees bend over and take one (or two) for the current administration.

I got the jab and poke. I plan to continue working from home and putting in no more than 20 minutes of actual work on any given day. I hope they mandate OT so I will cut it back to 10 minutes. Workers have all the leverage as they can’t find or hire good people.
