Frank has done an excellent job on creating a diverse and inclusive leadership team. Company website shows 4 women and 5 minorities.
We have a very small minority of minority employees.
The company is so obscenely in-your-face about diversity and inclusion on FUEL and smacks it all in our face, yet it is a very small minority of employees who agree with any of the propaganda.
Executives huslted to get where they are, and they get paid so much because their decisions have a large impact on the company (for good or bad).
You guys still think that executives worked?

Equality of outcome =/= equality of opportunity
So In a company that large you don’t think possibly some women or minorities have worked hard enough to make it to Frank’s executive team from either Fiserv or FD when he prides himself on D&I?
And all of the best executives are white men? You don’t see what’s staring you in the screen
You should not be given a positions just because of your skin. It should be earned by your hardwork!
