If I were now to choose a company in which to gain some first experience, there is no chance that I would ever decide to come here. Working here, new, young people can only be disgusted by the job. It is not that there are no talents among the new hires. There is, but how is it possible that they decide to came here, it is not clear to me at all? What in the world drives anyone who is young and capable to come here? I guess they don’t do their research well.

I think this a great place to start your career. My first company was very small, 15 people when I started, 4 when I left three years later. It was a great learning experience to watch a company run into the ground with poor management. Taught me a lot of real world stuff; don't trust management, get everything in writing, a bonus is never guaranteed, a raise is never guaranteed, get paid more than you are worth day one and let inflation meet you.
I've only been here three years as well and I've seen at least 10 employees that started here fresh out of college and quit because they were going nowhere. But I like to think they learned some lessons. Sadly all the ones that are left are worthless, so that sucks.
