Honestly that’s why I’m not mad about the layoff! I was praying to God to help me separate from this place as it was so depressing and I felt under valued working there
PNC has a 10 year history of giving poor raises as senior management makes millions on their stock options. Its become a training area for it's competition. Management knows it. Its strategy is to pay little and keep investing in technology so employees become less meaningful.
I know things haven't been rosy lately, but they haven't been that bad either.
