I can’t wait to see my coworkers…….not. I’m fully expecting next week to be a ton of meetings on Microsoft Teams. Which could have happened from home.

There is a mandate. You either get vaccinated or test. No other options.
You must not work for Oxy or you would know there are no mandates. Stop spreading things that are not true. You can always quit if you don't want to get vaccinated or participate in testing.

A lot of good people will quit because of the vaccine mandate but I’m sure that’s what oxy wants.

Why don’t you two just quit if you don’t want to interact with your coworkers. Virtual meetings are just not real interaction. Sounds like you really don’t value people. And if you think your skills are so valuable that you can just work from home all of the time, guess again.
Same. I’m absolutely dreading it. Oil companies love to live in the past with their anti wfh mindset. Collaboration is total bs it’s all about control.
