Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

They don't respect us

This is what it's all about. They have no respect for employees and firmly believe that they can treat us however they want. There will be no consequences because all of us are lucky to have a job, right? That's their thinking. And for as long as they continue to think that way, we'll continue to be subjected to this treatment. However, something tells me they're about to feel consequences for the first time. Too many people are angry and willing to walk away. I'll enjoy watching their reaction when there are not enough employees to do the work that has to be done.

Hate to be the one to tell you, but there is no Santa Claus, and indeed companies can treat you any way they want if you are an at will employee who is not in a union.

Lol, well, i can tell you that some divisions in 2013 were felling the pressure when they kept looking all their clients, and a change was made. Once they clients start leaving, which it took about 3 years for them to say we've had enough, and cause the revenue to drop enough. I heard two very large customers are migrating away from Fiserv's digital asset products.

Your predictions of doom are ridiculous. Fiserv is a $15B juggernaut, your post is a self serving piece of garbage meant to disparage 44,000 good people.

Frank the tank, all his Fiserv minions not stepping up to stop this, and all the KKR a-shats driving this drastic change will get their day. Karma has a way of showing her hand at just the right time. I’ll collect what’s due me and then sadly watch this once amazing company I was proud to work for just fall apart. The brand is no longer a good brand.

I hope so, the problem is corporations are too big to fail. It isn't based on competence anymore its based on market share. They just buy out any competition/innovative competitor. Thats the problem with late capitalism
