Business lunch to help solve disconnect

If Glenn or Brandt did a business lunch with claims front line workers, and could answer some honest questions workers have, this could help solve some of the disconnect.

It could be mutually beneficial to both front line workers, and executive management.

They have no care about claims adjusters . If they did they wouldn’t have laid off the tenured adjusters last year and posted their jobs at 48k

Brandt does care about front line workers concerns and ideas. When I used to work at Esurance he would make regular visits to offices to speak with workers, and make sure they have proper tools to do the job.

He was also big on removing roadblocks.

Part of Transformative Growth was Brandt and Shapiro got their Blue Card expense credit account taken away. Lunch can't happen. Now go back to work.

Wilson, Brandt, the board members, etc., don’t care about employee ideas and concerns, or the absurd workload increases and reduced staff (whether through attrition/force/voluntary separation) leading to these concerns, frustrations and unrealistic expectations. They care about the financial statement, share value and personal gain.
