I have been working here for a long time and in the last few years I've noticed that the quality has become less and less important. Leadership seems to be no longer interested in quality at all.
I don't know how good of a strategy this is for the future, but I'm pretty sure that once a company loses its best employees and reputation, it will not be easy to get them back.
You are absolutely, positively right. If you're not part of the "liked click", you're screwed. Let alone kissing b@!t! That's not nor will ever be me. They show favoritism, retaliation and take things personal. Not the same anymore.
