Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

I think it’s cool

Fiserv just assumes you don’t have a working spouse. My spouse and I have equal careers, so why would I make them move? Seems a bit selfish. But again, all the inclusion talk is just that

The biggest chicken#### move was the rule that you couldn't cover your spouse if he/she had availability of company health insurance at their employer.

To the original poster: you are thinking on a deeper, emotional, human level. Our leadership does not embody these qualities with respect to employees. They are totally selfish IF you make a decision about your employment and your needs are not first. If they are 2nd, 3rd, 4th, whatever. Dude, you have already lost this battle. Keep your chin up.
