If managers don't have time for reporting people they should move out of people manager role.

We need to pay all our travel expense from our personal card but manager will not approve the expense report for weeks. What is the role of manager in approval when already account team is there to review? If company provide credit card let them take years to approve no one cares and I don't want to give loan to damn. In future will not do travel in this company.

Similarly simple response needed from manager for immigration taking months to respond and normally process taking 1.5 year taking 3.5 years.

What is the use of upgrading system to latest cloud systems when simple travel request need CFO approval and they approve one day before travel. Booking rental car, hotel, flight one day before compare to two week before difference adds to our loss.

Cap is given to build brand what is the total cost of cap vs what is the brand value build.

The managers are busy micro managing the work that everyone does so they can get the credit

Some managers have only one reporting for getting leadership benefits rather than actually trying to be actual people manager.

So many fresher hired without proper training asked to work because manager is very busy when actually manager has to make sure proper training is provided.
