Notice that there hasn't been an employee engagement survey this year? I'm shocked that they don't really want to hear what employees think. Seriously, this is my shocked face.

There used to be one specifically about senior management but they replaced it with a vaguer "all management" question to remove any criticism of Yabuki and Frank.
If the "Training Plan" is anything like the "Great Return" plan, then it will be a total sh-t show.
I have zero confidence in the leadership anymore.
No internal engagement survey until the RTO and relo program is "done" logically makes sense. If we think the employee survey will be bad, client sat scores will be through the floor for some time because "we" are so unhappy and because so many of us are no longer welcome. While they have a training plan, we all know that no matter good training is, there is nothing that takes the place of experience. Not to mention the widespread turmoil will take time to settle down.
I heard there will not be one.
